Juki LU-1510-7

This is a new Juki LU-1510-7 single needle walking foot (compound/triple feed) industrial sewing machine. It is equipped with an Efka motor and is powered using single phase 220VAC. This machine is equipped with underbed trimmers, back tack, needle position sensor, pneumatic foot lift, and high walk function. The LU-1510-7 has a vertical axis hook with a larger capacity bobbin than a side load walking foot machine. Meaning fewer bobbin changes for higher productivity.

Juki PLC-1610

Single Needle Walking Foot Post Bed Industrial Sewing Machine. This is a great machine for sewing items with a 3 dimensional contour or bulky items. The raised post makes it great for easily manipulating the work piece around the needle for fantastic looking stitches. This is common in the upholstery industry when sewing seat cushions, headrests, and armrests. Great for handbags and totes as well. The material slides over the post which eliminates the bunching that would occur on a traditional flat bed machine. With the cushion or bag draped over the post, the operator is able to easily manage and manipulate the work. This is a unison feed/walking foot feed type which makes this perfect for heavier materials such as canvas and leather. The walking foot design means the work is held forcefully (no slip) while maintaining a smooth and consistent stitch even at high speeds.

Features of this machine include safety clutch, built in bobbin winder, 15mm Presser Foot lift (pedal), reverse feed (lever), stitch length regulator (dial), and a vertical axis 1.6 capacity hook.
